The quality of the water in our catchments is important to our health as well as our environment.  Council’s management of drinking water, recycled water, wastewater and stormwater directly affects the lives of our residents and businesses.

The quality of our water is important for public health, agriculture and fishing.  It supports our bush and marine environments which are important for recreation and tourism.
