RECYCLED WATER overview
Council has recently installed a boosted water supply water mains at the Ballina Heights Drive Reservoir Site. Residents in close proximity to the reservoir will have noticed a substantial increase in pressure (almost double their existing supply).
Affected residents are being advised to monitor their internal plumbing for leaks following the increase in pressure.
The new supply will be powered by generators until mains power comes online in December 2015 so residents may experience minor pressure fluctuations during this period.
